We kindly inform that from 1st February 2026 all invoices issued by Polychem Systems Sp. z o.o. to other companies and institutions will be available through the National e-Invoice System (KSeF).

What is the National e-Invoice System (KSeF)?

The National e-Invoice System (KSeF) is a government ICT system used to issue, receive and store structured invoices (e-invoices). It enables the verification of documents and their secure archiving in a uniform electronic format.

Invoices issued in the KSeF system are structured invoices and are the only valid form of invoice in the Polish tax system.

What does this mean for your company?

  1. Foreign entities and individual customers are not required to use KSeF. Therefore, they will receive a visualisation of the invoice in PDF format, containing the data submitted to the KSeF system. This document constitutes the basis for making the payment.
  2. The date of issue of the invoice is the date on which it is assigned a number in the KSeF system.
  3. Access to the invoices issued in KSeF is restricted to authorised tax authorities, within the scope and under the rules specified by the law.
  4. No additional action is required on your part in connection with the implementation of KSeF.

We recommend that you prepare for the changes now to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
