Cushion foam systems

The polyurethane systems in this group are used to produce foam inserts with densities ranging from 50 to 120 kg/m3. High Resilience (HR) foams are available in versions suitable for machine application or manual pouring. To comply with more stringent non-flammability requirements, the base system can be supplemented with a flame retardant package. The final products are used in such industries as furniture, automotive, railway and shipbuilding.
